When the Dope Dealer (Sol Ventless) moved to the mountain top of Humboldt County, he already had a deep love for the plant, and envisioned himself a “Weed Scientist”…. In 1984, The Grape and Juicy Fruit he grew with his partner, “Weedneesh,” amazed everyone…. and he developed his first hash screening trim tray, which yielded 000 gold dust. But the War on Some Drugs robbed him of opportunity, and after decades of following his other interests the world started to catch up with what he knew already …

In the early 215 days he worked with CHAMP and Act Up, and studied the medical research. He spent a decade in education and eventually policy, working on the drafting of Reform California, MRSA, and fighting against Prop 64, always intent on supporting small farms, ethical business, and the medical model.

His return to Humboldt and interests in environmental stewardship and cradle to cradle technology has culminated in what aims to be the cleanest, most responsible, lowest impact, solvent free concentrate on the menu: FullyMelted®.

The Wook (Saul Van Tless), came up in the modern era, and experienced far fewer impediments to developing his craft. Starting in the WA medical market, Saul took his deep affection for the plant and study of its prime directive – creating trichomes – to mastery level, developing live harvest, and winning 1st Place awards for his products as early as 2013. After his Wook Sauce brand fell prey to the staggering complexity of CA licensing, he brought his reverence and artistry to Humboldt County, the epicenter of modern cannabis.

Here, where the weed grows amidst the ancient redwood, the brothers of Kan Agra, with >50 years of their own home growing experience, have adapted the wook strains and techniques to providing top quality Full Sun and Greenhouse flower for the FullyMelted® menu.
